I believe that with the end of systemic security in our society you cannot understand the increasingly complex world unless you participate it its creation. We develop university education, organisational learning, and social innovation labs. As we believe the next generation has to reinvent the world in which we live, we ask ourselves: what and how do we need to learn both individually and collectively in order to realize a transition to resilience in ourselves, our organisations and society? \u201cPeople come to us with a question, or half a sentence, an itch.
